So I was thinking we should really reconsider the layout for the quarterly report.
The current draft feels a bit dense, don't you think
Maybe we could break it up with more subheadings.
Absolutely, I've been looking at it and the data tables are swallowing the narrative.
What if we moved the financial summary to the right column on page two
That could work, but then we need to adjust the intro paragraph to flow into it.
Let's draft a version with that change and see how the page balance looks.
I can take care of that by tomorrow afternoon.
Great, I'll hold off on sending anything to print until we review it.
On another note, did you get a chance to look at the vendor proposals for the office refresh
I did, the one from Anderson seems the most comprehensive.
Their timeline is a bit longer though, they're booking six weeks out.
We might be able to work with that if we phase the project.
Start with the main conference rooms while things are quieter.
Exactly, and then do the open plan areas later in the quarter.
We should set up a call with their project manager to discuss logistics.
I'll send an email to schedule something for next Tuesday.
How's the new project management software working out for your team
It's taking some adjustment, the learning curve is steeper than I anticipated.
The reporting features are strong, but the daily task entry feels cumbersome.
We had similar feedback from the design group.
I think we need another training session, maybe just on the task workflows.
I can ask the vendor if they have any short tutorial videos focused on that.
That would be helpful, a fifteen-minute guide would be perfect.
Switching topics, are you planning to attend the industry forum next month
I registered yesterday, the session on regulatory changes looks essential.
Thanks, Greg Huffman

Almost all the messages that arrive here are garbage! Resist the urge to click on any unexpected or questionable links.
It may happen that e-mail will claim to come from liamon.com, especially from some administrative role or process. These are certainly garbage. There are no accounts to expire. There are no passwords to leak. There aren't administrators sending messages to liamon.com addresses. These are certainly phishing attempts.
Absolutely ignore those links!
