Hi team, just a quick note about the potluck next week. I was thinking of bringing that pasta salad I made for the last department gathering, the one with the sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. Or maybe I should try some
thing new I saw a recipe for a quinoa and roasted vegetable dish that looked interesting. It had sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and a lemon-tahini dressing. Might be a good option for those looking for a gluten-free choice. Let me know what you think.
On another note, did anyone finalize the list for the dessert table Sarah mentioned she could bake her famous chocolate chip cookies. Mike said he'd pick up a fruit platter from the warehouse, which is always a reliable and refreshing option. We sho
uld probably coordinate drinks as well. I can bring a couple of large dispensers for iced tea and lemon water. It's supposed to be quite warm next Thursday, so having plenty of cold beverages will be key. I'll check with facilities to make sure we ha
ve enough cups and napkins. Also, a reminder to please label any dishes that contain common allergens like nuts or dairy. It just makes it easier and safer for everyone. I'll send a final email around Tuesday to confirm all the details and assignment

rganize the shared drive folders, by project phase instead of by asset type. I find it cuts down on search time. I can share a quick tutorial if anyone is interested. It's nothing complex, just a different labeling system. On a personal note, my gard
en is finally starting to produce. I have an abundance of zucchini. If anyone would like some, please let me know. I'm happy to bring a bag in. I've been making zucchini bread, grilled zucchini, and even tried zucchini fritters. My family is starting
