Subject: Monthly Coffee Tasting Ideas
Hi everyone,
Hope you’re all having a great week so far. I was wondering if we could organize another coffee tasting later this month — my espresso machine has been getting a lot of use lately, and I know some of you were curious about trying new blends too. Maybe we could meet at the cafe again like last time and bring any extra beans or pastries to share
Let me know what days might suit you all!
Best,
David

Hey David and team,
Fantastic idea! I have too many Colombian beans at the moment and would love to trade for some espresso or lattes. The cafe worked out well last time — lots of comfy seating and decent parking. Maybe we could even arrange a mini potluck with some coffee cakes to share while we’re tasting
Any Saturday works for me this month — just give me some notice to prepare the brew.
Cheers,
Sarah

Hi all,
I think this idea is wonderful too! I have extra croissants and vanilla beans that I can bring. A mini potluck sounds refreshing — I can make a fresh fruit salad or a big cheese platter if we want to snack while we’re there. Saturdays work best for me too, particularly late morning.
Also, would anyone want some cocoa beans Mine have turned out better than I expected this year!
Looking forward to it,
Ramesh

Hey team,
Count me in! I’ve got extra green tea and some iced latte recipes if anyone’s interested. I can also bring reusable mugs and markers to help everyone track what they sample — last time a few things got mixed up.
I’m happy to help set up early and maybe bring some lemonade to share too. Just let me know the final date.
Best,
Mia

Amazing, I love how everyone’s pitching in! Let’s aim for the third Saturday this month, late morning at the same cafe. I’ll draft up a quick list of who’s bringing what and send it out by next week.
This is going to be our best tasting yet — can’t wait to see you all soon!
Thanks,
David
