Hi everyone,
Hope you’re all enjoying the autumn season. I was thinking we could organize a volunteer signup for the upcoming book fair — I have several novels I’d like to donate, and I noticed some of you were interested in contributing as well. Maybe
we could set up a booth like last time and arrange the books alphabetically
Please let me know which days work best for you!
Best,
Sarah

Hey Sarah and friends,
Awesome idea! I've got plenty of mystery novels ready to donate and would love to help organize them. The booth setup worked great previously — lots of space and good visibility. We could perhaps offer some refreshments and tea for visitors
Any Saturday should be fine for me this month — just let me know in advance to prepare the books.
Cheers,
Tom

Hi all,
Love this plan! I have extra kids’ books I can bring. Refreshments sound great — I can make a batch of cookies or a large fruit platter if we want some snacks while there. Saturdays work well for me too, especially by mid-morning.
Also, does anyone want some bookmarks I have a few extras from a previous event!
Looking forward to it,
Lisa

Hey everyone,
Count me in! I've got extra sci-fi books and some comic novels if anyone’s interested. I can bring extra bags and labels to help everyone manage their donations — last time a few things got lost.
Happy to help set up early and maybe bring a thermos of coffee to share. Just let me know the final schedule.
Best,
Mark

Wonderful, I love how everyone’s eager to join! Let’s aim for the second Saturday of this month, by mid-morning at the same venue. I’ll draft a quick list of who’s bringing what and circulate it soon.
This is going to be our best event yet — can’t wait to see you all shortly!
Thanks,
Sarah
