Nice to hear from you! Emma, the reverse sear on ribeye sounds amazing. Personally, I favor grilling sirloin steaks for their tenderness and rich flavor without excessive fat.
I season with a simple mix of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and a hint of smoked paprika. Allowing the steak to rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes ensures even cooking. To create perfect grill marks, I start with high heat for 2-3 min
utes on each side, then lower the heat to finish cooking as desired.
Any suggestions on enhancing smoky flavors or other taste enhancers would be appreciated!
