Yes I can share the plan for that task and I will include enough detail so you can start tomorrow. I would schedule the first meeting for Tuesday morning and outline the milestones across four checkpoints. Start with the requirements list then map re
sources. For each checkpoint note who will lead, what documents are needed, and any follow up actions. If a question comes up about availability just mark tentative and adjust after the kickoff. I will prepare the initial template and circulate it be
fore the meeting so the team can add comments. Let me know if you prefer an afternoon slot instead and I will adapt the invites.

I can walk through that timeline and offer a practical sequence for the tasks you asked about. Start by confirming the meeting participants and assign a point person for communications. Then list deliverables for the first two weeks and attach the te
mplates you will use for status updates. Ask each lead to prepare a brief progress note for checkpoint one and include any dependencies. For materials that need review set a single reviewer to avoid duplicate feedback and schedule a consolidation ste
p. If something is unclear mark it with a question and I will follow up by email with suggested wording and prioritized steps. =======()=======()=======()=======()=======()=======()=======()
