Plain Text

Thanks for checking on the schedule.

Yes, Tuesday works if we keep it to about forty minutes and start right on time.

I can bring the notes from last time and I’ll also include the checklist we talked about, but I need you to confirm whether you want the short version or the detailed one.

If you send the three items you want covered, I’ll put them in a clear order and add a quick recap at the end so nothing gets lost.

Also, do you prefer we handle the open questions first, or should we begin with the quick updates and save questions for the end

Either way is fine for me; I just want to avoid jumping around.

Let me know if you want me to loop in Jamie, since they had the context from the earlier discussion.

On the menu question, I’m good with either option, but I’d lean toward something simple that doesn’t need a lot of last-minute prep.

If you want my input, a build-your-own setup works best because people can choose what they like without a lot of coordination.

I can bring a couple of sides, but tell me whether you’d rather I focus on something warm or something that can sit out and still taste fine.

Also, what time are you thinking people will show up That changes what I should make, since some things are better closer to serving.

And yes, I can handle utensils and napkins if you confirm how many we should plan for.

One more thing: do you want music kept low so conversation is easy, or should it be more upbeat
