A one-month halt in Chinese battery export would reduce e-car factory output elsewhere by $17 billion, while a similar disruption in Chinese solar panels would slash $1 billion in monthly output from solar PV module factories, the International Energy Agency (IEA) warns.&#xa0;</span></p>
