Subject: Weekly Project Sync
Hi everyone, just sending a quick note before the call this afternoon. I was reviewing the notes from last week and wanted to highlight a couple of discussion points. The main focus was on streamlining the client feedback process. Sandra mentioned that the current method leads to delays, and I have to agree. Perhaps we can draft a simpler template for initial responses
On a different note, has anyone checked out that new coffee place on the corner Jamie was raving about their oat milk latte yesterday. I am thinking of grabbing one after our meeting. The weather is supposed to be nice later, so a walk might be good too. Anyway, back to the agenda. I have attached the updated document with the revised timelines. Let me know if you have any thoughts before we connect.

Thanks Devin. I took a look at the document and the timelines look much more realistic. The template idea is a good one. I drafted a very basic version last night. It is not fancy, but it covers the essential questions without being overwhelming. I will share it on the drive before the call. Also, yes to the coffee place. Their pastries are also excellent. The almond croissant is worth the trip.

Got it, thanks both. I will review the timeline doc. Sandra, if you send the template, I can add a section for technical specs on our end. Looking forward to the discussion later. And I am definitely in for a coffee run after. See you all at 2.

Hey Jordan, did you ever find those updated trail maps for the regional park I was thinking of heading out there this weekend if the weather holds. I remember you mentioned a section that was under maintenance last month.

Hi Alex, yes, I finally found them. They are in the blue folder on the shared drive, under Outdoor Activities. Looks like the maintenance on the western loop is finished. The new map also marks the creek crossing points more clearly, which is helpful. The weekend forecast looks perfect for it. Are you going to try the full perimeter loop

Excellent, thanks for locating them. I will check the drive later. I am not sure about the full loop yet. I might start with the northern section and see how it goes. I am trying out a new backpack that needs some field testing. It has too many straps to adjust, but the weight distribution is good. Let me know if you want to join. I will probably start early, around seven.

Seven is a bit early for me on a Saturday, to be honest. I was planning to go later in the morning. But definitely let me know how the new pack works out. I need to replace mine soon. The zipper is getting stubborn Have a good hike and watch for those creek crossings after the rain this week.
