From: Sofia Marin Date: June 13, 2024, 09:02 AM Hey team, I wanted to check in about everyone's favorite healthy snack ideas. This week, I've been getting creative with smoothie bowls—my best version has strawberries, granola, and a hint of cinnamon. Would love to know if anyone else has easy snack recipes or creative takes to share. Looking forward to some inspiration! Best, Sofia

From: Raj Patel Date: June 13, 2024, 09:44 AM Hi Sofia and group, Great topic! Recently, I've been preparing homemade chickpea hummus. It's an easy and filling option and works well as a spread or dip. My tip: add a small squeeze of lemon for extra flavor. Anyone have a go-to salad or snack bar recipe All the best, Raj

From: Brianna Lee Date: June 13, 2024, 10:18 AM Hello all, Sofia, I love smoothie bowls too! I also tend to reach for trail mix with toasted pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate. It's tasty but also simple to prepare. Raj, lemon is a terrific addition! I sometimes add roasted garlic for a new twist. Looking forward to reading more! Take care, Brianna

From: Martin Klein Date: June 13, 2024, 11:57 AM Hi team, Enjoying all the great ideas! Lately, I've tried overnight oats with blueberries and chia seeds—easy for busy mornings and always delicious. My advice: try soaking in almond milk for extra flavor. Excited to learn more snack hacks! Best regards, Martin
It can be very difficult for me to eat other people's food because I eat a very clean and primarily vegan diet. Therefore, I don't like the idea of eating ingredients I don't view as being healthy for my body. Furthermore, if I'm going to really indulge on food I really want it to be something I absolutely love. But it isn't really about being critical of the cooking, it is more the ingredients used that bothers me the most. But I still always eat the food to not be rude and because I'm grateful someone wants to prepare me fo
