sorted, and everything put in its place.. Some Christmas treats no less!! The reindeer cheese cake was OHHHH so good!!! But we’ve been active on LINE (Thailand version of WhatsApp, sort of).. Apparently, a stray cat wandered into her house, and now has adopted her.. LOL </p><p style="margin: 0 0 20px 0;color: rgb(54,55,55);line-height: 26px;font-size: 16px;">I want to thank ALL the wonderful people here, who made the transition to Thai life SO easy and comfortable.. It’s been a trying week, trying to get settled in the new townhouse, but I’m FINALLY within view of the end…
I’ve gotten ALL my boxes shipped from the US unpacked, sorted, and everything put in its place.. Looks like a REAL home now…
And THEN, I get a surprise set of treats from my landlords, a LOVELY couple named Phim and Ouu.. Some Christmas treats no less!! The reindeer cheese cake was OHHHH so good!!! LOL
Nui has headed WAY south (about 12 hours by train) in THailand to be with her folks for the New Years (MUCH more celebrated than Christmas, but it IS a Buddhist country, ya know!) and I’m missing her, and Mystique is too! But we’ve been active on LINE (Thailand version of WhatsApp, sort of).. Apparently, a stray cat wandered into her house, and now has adopted her.. LOL
I want to thank ALL the wonderful people here, who made the transition to Thai life SO easy and comfortable.. Phim, Ouu, Benze (my real estate agent), and of course my friend Pattanas, and my lady, Nui!
This is JUST the start of the rest of my life, and so far, I’m LOVING IT!!
More news and videos later.. Thinking about heading into Bangkok proper (I’m on the eastern side of Bangkok, in Sumat Prakan), and see what trouble I can get into!! LOL
