Mar 02 2025 08:14 - Alex: Morning note on the week ahead and a quick check in about the outreach draft for guest experience follow up
Mar 02 2025 08:16 - Priya: I read the outline, the tone feels right. We should tighten the intro and keep the questions short so the completion rate is better
Mar 02 2025 08:18 - Alex: Agreed, limiting to five prompts will help. Also adding a single reward detail will keep it clear
Mar 02 2025 08:21 - Priya: I drafted a few question variants and a short thank you line for the mailer. Sharing one example here so you can see flow
Mar 02 2025 08:23 - Alex: Great, please include expected timing for delivery and a note about household eligibility. That avoids extra back and forth with guests
Mar 02 2025 08:26 - Priya: I added the delivery window and an eligibility blurb. Also suggested keeping the survey to under three minutes to respect guest time
Mar 02 2025 08:28 - Alex: Perfect. For the subject line, something appreciative and specific will work best. Let's avoid anything that pushes urgency in a harsh way
Mar 02 2025 08:31 - Priya: I will produce three subject options and a short preview text. One will be more formal, one casual, one succinct. We can test them later
Mar 02 2025 08:34 - Alex: Thanks. After this thread we can schedule a quick review with the design team and align on typography and spacing. I will book 20 minutes for 10 AM tomorrow
Mar 02 2025 08:35 - Priya: Sounds good. I will bring the survey copy and sample layout. See you then and I will upload the assets to the shared folder before the meeting

Yes, the gray area in front is the storage room - insulated with the same blanket. I am not going to do any drywall inside it. It's an unfinished storage room. Yellow are off of Room C is simply part of the room. It is not a closet. It's jsut a weird section of that room - there is a laundry room above it upstairs. The only reason it's colored differently because I calculated area there separately. I call it appendix

Apr 10 2025 09:02 - Maya: I posted an update on the internal forum about the guest follow up timing and asked for input on the questionnaire length
Apr 10 2025 09:05 - Jordan: Thanks Maya that helps. I also noted where to include shipment window language and suggested a single point contact for scheduling stays
Apr 10 2025 09:08 - Maya: Good idea. I will add a contact line and a brief scheduling note to the confirmation screen so recipients know next steps
Apr 10 2025 09:11 - Jordan: For the confirmation step please include a short sentence about how we confirm dates and that the selection of locations is handled by the scheduling team
Apr 10 2025 09:14 - Maya: I will draft that now. Also checking in on the quantity statement so messaging is transparent but concise for the email body
Apr 10 2025 09:18 - Jordan: Keep it simple and factual. Quantities are determined by program allocation and dates are scheduled by reservation team; no further action required unless dates are selected
Apr 10 2025 09:21 - Maya: Understood. I will finalize the copy and hand off to design for layout checks. I will also add a short accessibility note to the survey route
Apr 10 2025 09:24 - Jordan: Excellent. Once the layout is ready we can run an accessibility check and schedule the send window. Thanks for coordinating this draft and keeping the questions brief
