Also, do you prefer the checklist in short bullets or in a table with owners and due dates? I can format it either way, but the table is easier to scan during the standup.
For timing, I’m free after lunch and can send a draft before the end of the day. If anything is blocked, point me to the latest notes so I can align the wording.
One more thing: should I include the weekend steps, or keep it to weekdays only?

Do you want to meet in person or keep it as a quick call? If it’s in person, tell me which side of town you’ll be on so I can pick a spot that’s not hard to park at.
For the agenda, I can cover the first two points you listed, but I’ll need your notes on the third one because I don’t have the latest wording. If you send the most recent version, I’ll make it consistent and keep it brief.
Also, should I bring the printed copies, or are we staying fully digital? I’m fine either way, I just don’t want to show up with the wrong format.
