The team discussed the upcoming quarterly planning session. Jenna from marketing suggested we align the new campaign timelines with the product launch windows. We need to finalize the asset list by Thursday so design can begin their work. Mike mentio
ned the feedback from the last user survey was generally positive, especially regarding the checkout flow improvements. We should highlight those points in the next stakeholder update.<br><br>
On a different note, the office kitchen is getting a new coffee machine next week. Everyone is asked to please clear out any old mugs from the cabinets. The new model has a larger carafe, which should help during the morning rush. Sarah volunteered t
o organize the coffee supply cupboard, which is much appreciated.<br><br>
Lunch ideas for the off-site meeting were tossed around. The consensus leaned towards sandwich platters and salad options from that new place on 5th Street. We need to get a final headcount by Friday noon. Tom will send a reminder email tomorrow. Reg
arding the conference room booking system, IT confirmed the update will be pushed this weekend. There should be no downtime expected.<br><br>
